4 IAS officers of the 1999 batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre are likely to be elevated as Principal Secretary (PS) on 1 January 2024. The officers who are likely to be promoted as PS include: Navdeep Rinwa, CEO, Election Commission; Guru Prasad, MD, State Power Generation Corporation & Transmission; Sanyukta Samaddar, Commissioner, NCR and Ravindra, Commissioner Aligarh.
