Dr P Viswakannan, who is in the rank of Conservator of Forests (CF) and is at present on Central Deputation as Director, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, is elevated as Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) on proforma basis. He is a 2003 batch IFS officer of AGMUT cadre.
