Five IAS officers in Rajasthan elevated as ACS

Five IAS officers in Rajasthan have been elevated to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). The officers are: Kuldeep Ranka, Shreya Guha and Anand Kumar. Besides, Roli Singh and Naresh Pal Gangwar, who are posted at the Centre, received proforma promotion to the rank of ACS.
