The ACC has approved the appointment of four judges of high courts as Judicial Members in National Green Tribunal. The names are Brijesh Sethi, Judge, Delhi High Court, B Amit Sthalekar, Judge, Allahabad High Court, M Sathyanarayana, Judge, High Court of Madras
and Sudhir Agrawal, retired judge, Allahabad High Court.
