NBCC inked a MoU with Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) for “Development of 17.9 acres of land parcel of KSHB at Marine Drive, Kochi, Kerala”. The MoU was signed at Trivandrum, Kerala by Mr B Abdul Nasar (IAS) Secretary KSHB and Shri Pradeep Sharma, CGM (BD), NBCC in presence of Shri. K.P.M Swamy, Director (Commercial), NBCC and Ms. Tinku Biswal IAS Principal Secretary Housing and Revenue, Govt of Kerala. The approximate project cost is Rs 2000 Cr.
