The ACC has approved in-situ upgradation of Ashish Upadhyaya, Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Power as Special Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Power in the rank of Secretary, GoI. He is a 1989 batch IAS officer of MP cadre.
