Randhir Jaiswal joins as Spokesperson, MEA

Randhir Jaiswal has assumed the charge as the Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs. He is a 1998 batch IFS officer. Jaiswal succeeds Arindam Bagchi, who has been appointed as India’s permanent representative to the United Nations in Geneva.
