CE), Construction (C), Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for the post of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (DPA-I) for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
