Upinder Singh, who is presently working as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Jammu, has been shifted to South Eastern Railway (SWR) and posted as Chief Claims Officer (CCO). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
