V. Rama Manohara Rao designated as Spl. Secretary in AP

On rejoining office after a leave, V. Rama Manohara Rao, IRAS is designated as Special Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department and has also joined the FAC as Special Commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, until further orders.
